Our general policy is "no refunds" due to the planning and logistics surrounding our classes. However, we also understand that there are circumstances that sometimes arise that may be out of your control. We ask that any request for a refund be made directly to us as soon as possible and not after 72 hours prior to the start of the first class. Almost all of our classes fill and we often have a waiting list. This policy allows us to offer the spot to someone else. If another participant cannot fill the spot then it's possible that a 20% deduction in the refund will be made to cover the cost paid for facility usage.
